Sign in to see your lessons, messages and bookings. Parents, students and tutors all use the same sign-in page.
1. Open the sign-in page
Go to app.tutorspot.co.uk, or select Sign in on tutorspot.co.uk. You'll see Welcome back.
2. Enter your details
Type the email address you registered with in Email (1) and your password in Password (2). To check what you've typed, select the eye icon at the end of the password box. Then select Sign in (3).
3. If your details aren't accepted
If the email or password doesn't match an account, a red message appears above the form: Your email or password was entered incorrectly. Your email stays filled in, so check it for typos and try your password again.
If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot your password? beside the Sign in button. See Reset your password.
If you leave a box empty, the form tells you under that box: Enter a valid email address or Enter your password.
4. Where you land
After signing in you go straight to your Home page. The page title in the top bar (1) reads Home.
Parents and students see lessons coming up, reservations to accept, homework and Your tutors.
Tutors see what needs attention, the next lesson, payouts and clients.
If you followed a link to a particular page, for example from an email, you go back to that page once you've signed in.
New to Tutorspot?
If you don't have an account yet, use the panel on the right of the sign-in page:
Find a tutor (1) takes parents and students to the tutor search on tutorspot.co.uk.
Become a tutor (2) takes tutors to the page where you apply to teach.
Good to know
If you're already signed in, opening the sign-in page takes you straight to your Home page.
On a phone the New to Tutorspot? panel sits below the form.
Your password is the same on the Tutorspot website and in your account.
