Reviews help other parents and students choose a tutor. You can leave one review per tutor and change it whenever you like.
1. Open the review form
Go to Your tutors, open the tutor's page and select Leave a review (1).
2. Choose a rating and write a comment
Under Rating, select a star: one star is the lowest, five the highest.
Under Comment, write a few words about your tutor. You can write up to 300 characters, and the counter shows how many you've used.
Both are needed. If you select Save without them, the form says "Choose a star rating" and "Comment can't be blank".
3. Save
Select Save (1).
You see "Tutor review saved." and you're back on the tutor's page. The button there now says Edit your review, and the tutor's rating includes yours.
4. Change your review
Select Edit your review (1) on the tutor's page.
The form opens with your review filled in and says when you last updated it (1). Change the stars or the comment (the counter (2) shows how many characters you've used), then select Update (3). Back leaves without changing anything.
Good to know
The comment box stops at 300 characters.
