To resolve this issue, make sure to always use Safari on iPad or iPhone devices. Safari is listed as a recommended browser on iPhones and iPads in our system requirements.

Apple puts restrictions in place that can stop 3rd party browsers like Firefox or Chrome from using WebRTC - which is needed for Audio and Video support to use the Tutorspot Online Classroom.
