If you can't teach one lesson, cancel it from the lesson's page. The rest of the reservation carries on as normal. To stop all future lessons, cancel the reservation instead.

1. Open the lesson and choose Cancel lesson

Open the lesson from Lessons or Home. Select ⋯ at the top, then Cancel lesson (1).

You can also cancel from the lesson panel in the calendar, or from the ⋯ menu on the lesson's row in the list.

2. Check the details and add a reason

The cancel page shows the client, subject, level and when the lesson is.

If the lesson starts in less than 48 hours, you see a notice (1): You are cancelling this lesson after the cancellation cutoff of 48 hours. The lesson is cancelled straight away, so let your client know, as it's short notice.

Add a Reason (2) if you like. It's optional, and your client will see it. Then select Cancel lesson (3).
