To agree a lesson time, you can send your client a card listing when you're free, or offer them one specific date and time. Both appear in the conversation for the client to reply to.
1. Open the + menu
In the conversation with your client, select the + button (1) beside the message box. Choose Share your availability (2) to send several times, or Propose a time (3) to offer one slot.
2. Share your availability
Share your availability with the client opens with one row. For each row:
Under Type, choose Ongoing availability for a regular weekly time, then pick the Day, such as Wednesdays (1).
Or choose Specific date for a one-off, then pick the Date from the calendar (2).
Pick the Start time and End time. The end time is always after the start.
Select Add availability (3) to add another row, or the bin icon to remove one. When the list is right, select Send (4).
You'll see Availability sent. The conversation now shows "Please see below for my upcoming availability." and an Availability card (1) listing your times, such as "Wednesdays: 16:00 - 18:00" and "Sat 24 Oct 2026: 10:00 - 12:00".
3. Propose a time
Propose a time offers the client one slot on a specific date. Pick the Date (1), the Start time (2) and the End time (3), then select Send (4).
You'll see Time proposed. and a new Availability card (1) with that one slot appears in the conversation straight away.
What happens next
The client replies in the conversation. When you've agreed a time, book it by sending a lesson reservation. See Send a lesson reservation from a conversation.
Good to know
Sharing availability or proposing a time doesn't book anything. The client still has to accept a lesson reservation.
The availability window starts with the times you last shared, so you only need to change what's different.
Select Not now to close either window without sending.
Clients can use Propose a time too. For them it only writes a suggestion into the message box, which they then send.
