Every lesson that's been paid appears on Billing, and most have a receipt you can open, print or save.
1. See your recent payments
Open Billing from your name at the bottom of the menu. Recent payments lists your latest paid lessons: the lesson, the date and tutor, the status and the amount.
Select Receipt (1) to open the receipt in a new tab. From there you can print it or save it as a PDF.
2. Find a receipt from your lessons list
In Lessons, choose Occurring: Past to see lessons that have taken place. A paid lesson shows Paid and a receipt icon (1) in the Payment column.
Point at (or tap) the icon to see View Receipt, then select it to open the receipt in a new tab.
Good to know
Receipts come from Stripe, our payment provider, and show the amount, the date and the card used.
A payment may not have a receipt link straight away. Check again later, or email billing@tutorspot.co.uk for a copy.
