Clients lists everyone you teach. Each client has a page that brings together their reservations, their upcoming lessons and the workspaces you share.

1. Open your clients

Select Clients in the menu, under Teaching. For each client you see the subjects you teach them, their next lesson (or None booked) and how many active reservations they have.

  • Show (1) chooses between Current clients and Past clients too.

  • Search by name (2) finds a client.

  • Message (3) opens a conversation with that client.

3. Open a client's page

Select a client's name. Their page shows:

  • Summary: their next lesson, when they became your client, the subjects and how many active reservations they have.

  • Lesson reservations: every reservation with them, with its schedule, progress, rate and status. Select ⋯ on a row for actions such as Edit or Schedule single lesson.

  • Upcoming lessons: the next lessons booked with them.

  • Workspaces: the workspaces you share for homework, notes and files.

4. Book or message from here

  • Select New lesson reservation (1) to send this client a new reservation. The client is filled in, and so are the subject, level and rate from your last reservation with them.

  • Select Message and the client's first name (2) to send them a message.

Good to know

  • A client becomes a past client when they have no active reservations with you. Choose Past clients too to see them.

  • Clients' contact details aren't shown. Use messages to keep in touch.

  • If you have no clients yet, the page says so and offers New lesson reservation.
