Reservations lists every lesson reservation you've sent. Use it to see what's booked, what's waiting for a client, and what has ended.

1. Open your reservations

Select Reservations in the menu. The list opens on your Active reservations, with the next lesson first.

  • If any reservations are waiting for a client to accept, a strip above the list says so (1). Select View to see them.

  • Each row shows the client and subject, the schedule and dates, the next lesson, how many lessons have been held, and your rate.

  • A label under the next lesson tells you when something needs attention, for example Not yet accepted for a single lesson the client hasn't accepted, or Cancellation requested.

2. Filter and sort the list

Use Status (3) to choose which reservations you see: All, Active, Pending, Paused, Completed or Cancelled.

Use Client (2) to show one client's reservations. Type in Search by name to find them.

Use Sort (4) to order the list by next lesson, client name, end date or rate.

With Status set to All, a Status column appears (1). Select Reset to go back to the default list.

3. Act on a reservation from the list

Select ⋯ on a row to View, Edit, Schedule single lesson, Pause lessons, View client, Message client or Cancel reservation. What you can do depends on the status. Select the row itself to open the reservation.
