Editing a reservation's schedule reschedules its upcoming lessons. Lessons that have already happened don't change.

1. Open the reservation and select Edit

Go to Reservations, open the reservation and select Edit (1). You can also choose Edit from the ⋯ menu on its row in the list.

An active reservation with Edit marked

2. Check what you can change

The client, subject, level, start date and lesson length under Lesson details are fixed. To change any of them, cancel the reservation and create a new one (1).

Under Schedule (2) you can change the Days and times, the Frequency and the Ending date, which is the last date lessons can fall on.

3. Make your change and check the preview

Change the days or times (1). The Preview (2) shows the Next lesson, the Last lesson and how many lessons are still to come, for example 84 upcoming lessons. Select Save (3).

Tuesday at 17:00 added, the preview updated and Save marked

4. See the result

You see Lesson reservation updated., and the reservation's Schedule shows the new days and times (1).

If a reservation can't be edited

Cancelled and completed reservations can't be changed. If you open the edit page for one, you see This lesson reservation can't be edited.

Good to know

  • The same checks apply as when you create a reservation. For example, you need at least one day, and the end date must be after the start.

  • If you select Back with unsaved changes, Leave without saving? asks first. Choose Keep editing to stay.

  • To add a one-off extra lesson without changing the schedule, use Schedule single lesson instead.
