Cancel a reservation when the lessons are ending for good. All of its upcoming lessons are cancelled and your client is told. If your client hasn't accepted the reservation yet, cancelling withdraws it.
Cancelling can't be undone. If you only need a break, pause the lessons instead. If the days or times are changing, edit the reservation.
1. Choose Cancel reservation
Open the reservation from Reservations. Select ⋯ at the top, then Cancel reservation (1). It's also at the bottom of the ⋯ menu on the reservation's row in the list.
2. Check what will be cancelled and give a reason
The Cancel reservation panel opens.
The note at the top (1) tells you how many upcoming lessons will be cancelled and when the next one is.
Add a Reason (2) if you like. It's optional, and your client will see it.
Select Cancel reservation (3). To change your mind, select Keep reservation.
3. Confirm
You're asked Cancel this reservation? and told how many upcoming lessons you're about to cancel. Select Yes, cancel reservation (1), or Keep reservation to go back. If you only want to change the days or times, select Edit the reservation instead.
You see Lesson reservation cancelled. The banner shows the date, who cancelled it and your reason (1). There are no upcoming lessons left.
Withdraw a reservation your client hasn't accepted
The steps are the same for a Pending reservation. The panel says This reservation hasn't been accepted yet; cancelling withdraws it. (1)
The confirmation asks Withdraw this reservation? Select Yes, withdraw it (1).
The reservation then shows as Cancelled, with your reason in the banner.
Good to know
Past lessons on the reservation stay as they were.
If your client cancels a reservation, the banner shows their name and reason.
To cancel one lesson rather than the whole reservation, cancel the lesson from its own page.
